What we collect
The trip-note composer on our contact page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us or stored on our servers. We only receive personal data if you choose to email us, in which case we receive your email address, name and the content of your message.
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period and not used to identify you.
Why we use it and legal basis
We use emails you send to reply to you and to improve our content (legitimate interests). Server logs are processed to keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless needed for an ongoing matter.
